Koncept Resume compares a job description with the experience written in your resume. It identifies supporting evidence, unclear requirements and information not found, then prepares wording suggestions for you to review before applying.

How AI review works

  1. Add your actual experience, education, projects and skills in the builder.
  2. Open Download PDF to access the optional AI review, then paste a job description.
  3. Read each requirement alongside a quote from the job description and available resume evidence.
  4. Prepare a draft and compare the original and suggested wording.
  5. Confirm that the claims are accurate before applying. The app rechecks the same requirements after your edits.

What do the findings mean?

Supported
The AI found a passage that appears to support the requirement. Check that its interpretation is accurate.
Needs confirmation
The information is incomplete or ambiguous. Clarify your actual experience instead of guessing.
Not found in resume
No supporting passage was identified. This does not mean you lack the skill; it means the supplied resume did not demonstrate it.

Why there is no ATS percentage

Keyword alignment, PDF readability and an employer’s screening decision are different things. An AI-generated percentage does not verify how a particular employer’s system will handle your application. Koncept Resume shows requirements and evidence instead of presenting a predicted pass rate.

What the draft can and cannot change

The draft can suggest clearer summaries and existing experience bullets. Validation keeps employers, roles, dates, entry IDs and skills unchanged, and rejects newly introduced numeric claims. Missing qualifications should become questions, not invented experience. Automated checks cannot prove every sentence is true; you must review the draft before applying it.

A fictional example

A job asks for React, accessible forms and AWS deployments. If the resume describes React forms but says nothing about AWS, rewording the forms experience should not turn AWS into a supported requirement. Adding a missing skill is appropriate only when it reflects your actual work.
