We want you to be completely satisfied with Koncept Resume. If you are not satisfied with our service, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@konceptresume.com with your account email address and order number. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
After the 7-day period has passed, we generally do not offer refunds, except in cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion. Monthly and yearly subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
